Jumble Station is an initiative by a non-profit organisation, Parents Without Partners (PWP) Bhd. As a non-profit organisation, Parents Without Partners Bhd is dependent on donations. Parents Without Partners Bhd is not able to refund any purchases. Furthermore, the other circumstance in which refunds will be made is where unauthorised use of your payment card is proved. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules.
We do our utmost to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, should you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can urgently review the matter for you!
At the moment, www.jumblestation.com.my ships within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia only. We ship using Pos Malaysia.
Shipping charges will be calculated and confirmed at the end of your order, before the final payment.

Currently, all Jumble Station orders are fulfilled by Pos Malaysia. We will update you with your tracking number via email and, once your order has been shipped out of our store, you may trace your tracking number on the respective courier service websites for the status of your parcel.
